Your Mission:

As the Partner Operations Analyst your primary focus will be to optimize the systems and processes that power Engine's partnership ecosystem. You will implement and administer critical partnership management tools while serving as the operational backbone that connects the Partnerships Team with key stakeholders across the business. Through meticulous documentation, reporting, and analysis, you will enable data-driven decision making and ensure smooth operational workflows that maximize partner value and drive revenue growth. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our partnership strategy, creating scalable processes that support Engine's continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

PRM Implementation & Administration: Support the implementation and administration of the partner relationship management (PRM) software. Collaborate with the Partner Enablement Manager to build comprehensive process documentation and training materials that maximize PRM value for both partners and internal teams.

Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create detailed process documentation and maintain the internal knowledge base (Confluence), ensuring up-to-date partnership protocols and best practices.

Reporting & Analytics Infrastructure: Build and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Looker, and/or other BI tools that provide actionable insights into partnership performance.

Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct ad-hoc analysis using Salesforce, Looker, Excel, and/or other BI tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the partnership ecosystem; make suggestions to improve business performance.

Partner Development Support: Support the Partner Management team in business development efforts by identifying potential partners, building and cleaning lead lists, and ensuring data integrity within our CRM systems.

Commission Management: Build and implement structured commission plans, and administer the quarterly commission cycle with precision and transparency.

Cross-Functional Process Design: Act as a liaison between the Partnerships Team and key stakeholders across the business to design, implement, and improve processes that enhance partner experience and internal efficiency.

Financial Planning: Collaborate with the Finance Team in forecasting partnership KPIs and developing financial models that inform strategic business decisions.

Revenue Share Operations: Collaborate with the Accounting Team to ensure revenue share reporting and payments are accurate and timely, increasing transparency and trust with our partners.

What You’ll Bring to Engine:

  • Experience: 1-4+ years in a partner operations, sales operations, or revenue operations, ideally in a B2B or startup environment. Strong preference for prior partnerships experience. 
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Collaboration & Adaptability: Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment; able to adjust quickly to changing business needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; able to craft clear and concise process documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Skilled in setting clear goals and timelines, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities using tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and empathy; able to cultivate and maintain trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

  • Familiarity with TravelTech or experience in a travel industry startup.
  • Proficiency with partner relationship management (PRM) tools
  • History of working successfully in remote or distributed teams.
