- Support HubSpot Workflows: Provide support and integration oversight for HubSpot, particularly around forms, marketing workflows, and lead capture.
- Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure accurate data sync and integration across Salesforce and connected GTM tools; monitor system health and sync errors.
- Improve GTM Processes: Partner with RevOps to design and implement scalable workflows, automations, and operational processes that enhance GTM team efficiency.
- Handle Tool Support & Documentation: Act as the first line of support for GTM tools, resolving tickets and maintaining internal documentation and how-tos.
- Support Tool Evaluation & Expansion: Collaborate on the evaluation and rollout of new tools and technologies to support Engine’s GTM strategy.
What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or systems administration.
- Hands-on experience managing the following tools: Outreach, Sendoso, Gong, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of GTM processes and how they intersect with CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Comfortable working across teams to solve problems and improve workflows.
- Bonus if you’ve worked with automation tools like Clay, Zapier, or native integrations.
- Self-starter mindset — you’re not afraid to jump in, troubleshoot, and learn on the fly.
Why Engine:
- Work with a collaborative, ambitious team that values transparency and ownership.
- Own and grow a modern GTM tech stack at a high-growth company.
- Gain cross-functional exposure and opportunities for advancement within RevOps or broader systems teams.
