Your Mission
At Engine, we’re a results-driven and collaborative team grounded in a shared set of values: transparency, efficiency, continuous improvement, and inclusivity. As a GTM Recruiter, you’ll own the end-to-end hiring journey, from sourcing to offer, while building strong advisory relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.

You’ll serve as a strategic talent partner, helping us scale our Sales and Revenue teams with top-tier talent and ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience along the way.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for our GTM org (including Account Executives, Account Managers, and Group Sales), developing scalable strategies that prioritize speed, quality, and diversity.

  • Proactively source passive talent to build diverse pipelines that reflect the total addressable market.

  • Assess candidate potential through structured interviews, with an emphasis on adaptability, values-alignment, and long-term success in our fast-paced, open-source culture.

  • Build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring partners through timely, transparent communication.

  • Leverage recruiting data and key metrics to drive decisions, optimize processes, and influence hiring strategy across the business.

  • Continuously raise the bar by identifying best practices, evaluating competitors, and growing your industry network.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience recruiting for GTM (Sales, Enablement, RevOps) roles across all levels in high-growth SaaS environments.

  • Proven ability to identify and engage top passive talent with creative and effective sourcing strategies.

  • Track record of delivering outstanding candidate and stakeholder experiences, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.

  • Strong learning agility and openness to new tools and tech.

  • Excellent communicator and collaborative team player.

  • A data-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
