The Supply team, which creates value for our members through strategic partnerships, is seeking an Operations Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will also possess the technical knowledge to effectively collaborate with our data engineering team on building and maintaining essential data pipelines.

Your Mission:
As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:

  • Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards that tell the story behind our supply metrics
  • Analyze supply data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for supply partner performance, acquisition, and retention
  • Deliver regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis to help leadership make informed decisions
  • Work closely with the Supply team to understand business questions and translate them into analytical frameworks
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize partner onboarding, engagement, and performance
  • Develop models to support Supply’s operational and fiscal goals
  • Create clear documentation of metrics definitions and calculation methodologies
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot data pipeline issues
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure data systems meet evolving needs
  • Document data flows and models to ensure knowledge sharing across the organization

What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
  • Strong SQL skills and experience of BI tools, esp Looker
  • Knowledge of modern data stack technologies (Snowflake, Airflow, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Preferred: Basic understanding of ETL processes and experience building simple data pipelines; knowledge of Python or another programming language for data manipulation

Cash compensation: The base salary for this role is starting at a $85,000-$110,000 base. Final compensation packages are determined by various factors, including prior experience and expertise.
