Your Mission:
As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:
- Device Management Platform Wizard: Responsible for management systems such as Jamf and Intune, configurations for end user devices such as laptops, mobile devices and tablets, and building and maintaining a Configuration Management Database of all Engine end user assets.
- Software Catalog: Maintains the Engine software catalog and licenses for 3rd party applications, ensuring detailed documentation exists, licenses are managed effectively within contractual obligations and building and maintaining the self-service catalog for end user devices.
- User Experience Czar: Takes ownership over the end user experience for all devices. A seamless login experience, robust and easy to use self service catalog and secure device standards are a top priority for this role.
- Incident and Request Fulfillment: Responsible for managing tickets according to target SLAs and KPIs, ensuring the best possible service for our business partners while maximizing uptime on systems.
- Documentation: Responsible for ensuring Engine’s Knowledge Base is current and relevant, providing expertly crafted self-service documentation and internal troubleshooting guides.
What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in client platform management within an enterprise setting of 1000 users or more. Extensive knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems, Jamf, Intune, Okta, and JIRA platforms.
- Device Management Expert: Expert level knowledge with device management platforms such as Jamf and Intune including deep experience with integration to Okta for authentication and zero trust.
- Security Mindset: Experience with building configurations to support device hardening using CIS benchmarks.
- Proven Experience: Jamf 300 or higher certification required. Jamf 170 or 370 security certification is a plus.
- Highly Analytical: You have a knack for troubleshooting and analyzing problems. You also are highly organized, meticulously detailed and an excellent written and verbal communicator.

Cash compensation: The base salary for this role is starting at a $95,000 - $130,000 base. Final compensation packages are determined by various factors, including prior experience and expertise.
