  • Globally, grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY and grew our valuation to >$500M USD, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree - early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe and AirBnb
  • Built a team of over 500 Eucalypts in 6 countries (🇦🇺🇬🇧🇩🇪🇯🇵🇵🇭🇿🇦) consisting of medical practitioners, engineers, operators and many more functions!

What’s next?

We’re continuing to grow our world-class team, attracting the brightest minds in technology and healthcare. Our ambition is to build the world’s largest international digital healthcare company. This will be really hard to do, but very rewarding and possibly, the adventure of a lifetime with some of the best operators you will ever work with. If that gets you excited, let’s talk.

About the Role (What You’ll Be Doing)

We’re looking for a Product Growth Lead to play a critical role in the growth plans for our most mature brand. This role involves a deep understanding of the customer journey from conversion to retention, landing page optimisations, analysing qualitative and quantitative data, driving activation and working closely with media buyers and lifecycle marketers to design and implement growth experiments.

You bring a track record of full-funnel marketing wins, an instinct for hypothesis-driven experimentation, and the stakeholder savvy to turn raw data into decisions that move the business.

Capabilities you’ll be responsible for

  • Experimentation & Growth Engineering: Own the end-to-end experimentation engine that powers our entire growth funnel—from the first click on a landing page through to long-term retention. You will set clear hypotheses, design A/B and multivariate tests, run rapid iterations, and rigorously document results. As part of this mandate you’ll also build (and later lead) a dedicated Growth Engineering team, building the capability to ship experiments at high velocity in our web app and beyond.
  • Data Insights & Personalisation: Dive into sizeable datasets to surface the trends, behaviours, and cohort segmentations that matter. Your analyses will fuel cross-sell experiences through personalised messaging, offers and product flows for the customer touchpoints that matter.
  • Measurement Framework: Establish a disciplined “build-measure-learn” framework that underpins every experiment and campaign. This includes defining north-star and proxy metrics, setting statistical-confidence thresholds, and codifying learnings into playbooks.
  • Retention & Lifecycle Growth: Design and execute lifecycle programmes that increase patient retention and maximise customer lifetime value. Success is measured by sustained improvements in repeat-purchase rate, churn reduction, and expansion revenue.

Expectations for your role across these capabilities

  • You will be responsible for ensuring we are delivering seamlessly against all agreed OKRs across all of the capabilities you are responsible for
  • You will drive focus, accountability and motivation across the team through rituals, reporting & stakeholder updates
  • You will be the final decision maker for most hiring and performance decisions within the above capabilities, and are expected to raise the bar as the function develops
  • You will need to both be an effective leader for your direct reports, as well as a coach for the rest of the leadership team, supporting your peers in their development and lifting their sails in the process

About You (Who We’re Looking For)

Skills and experience

  • 3-5+ years experience in high-velocity consumer or product-led businesses, ideally sharpened by a stint in top-tier consulting, banking, or similarly rigorous environments. You thrive under the pace and standards of world-class teams.
  • Focus to the numbers — You turn messy data into razor-sharp hypotheses and confidence-level calls. Significance thresholds, cohort tables, and causal inference are second nature to you. Bonus points if you have experience in SQL or Python.
  • Creative full-funnel thinker — Just as comfortable storyboarding a thumb-stopping hook as optimising a pricing-page form. You blend insight with imagination to ship campaigns that both convert and delight.
  • Team builder and force-multiplier — You’ve hired, mentored, and levelled-up cross-functional squads (growth, engineering, design). Your leadership style combines clear objectives, autonomy, and fast feedback loops.
  • Crystal-clear communicator — Whether it’s pitching execs, setting specs for engineers, or writing customer-facing copy, you distil complexity into crisp actions and inspiring narratives.
  • Bias-to-action — You cut through ambiguity, launch MVPs in days (not weeks), learn, and iterate—because strategy is only as good as the speed at which it becomes real.
