About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded FP&A Lead to own our forecasting,budgeting, and performance reporting processes.

This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to provide insights, challenge assumptions, and drive financial discipline as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the company’s financial model and forecast process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic goals
• Lead the annual budget cycle and quarterly reforecasting processes
• Develop and maintain management reporting packages, including variance analysis, dashboards, and key performance indicators
• Act as a strategic business partner to functional leads, providing financial insights to support decision-making
• Prepare board and investor reporting
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting tools, and systems
• Ensure strong integration between the FP&A model and the ERP (NetSuite)
• Build and mentor junior FP&A or finance staff as the team grows

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or commercial finance roles
• Proven experience working with NetSuite and strong understanding of ERP-driven forecasting/reporting
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets financial modelling skills
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business drivers into financial impact
• Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for output
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience in high-growth environments (e.g. tech, SaaS, consumer)
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
• Exposure to board reporting, investor relations, or capital planning
