About Eucalyptus

We’re making good health last a lifetime.

More than 1 billion people globally live with preventable conditions that shorten their healthy years. Eucalyptus (or Euc for short) builds digital clinics that help people take control of their health — for good.

Our ecosystem of brands (PilotJuniperKinSoftware, and Compound) delivers evidence-based care across men’s health, women’s health, skincare, fertility, and preventative health. Each clinic combines medical science, personalised care, and behavioural insights to improve patient outcomes.

Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months…

  • Grew revenue by >130% YoY while reducing cash burn by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird, and Airtree (early backers of Canva, Stripe, and Airbnb)
  • Reached over 100,000 monthly active patients globally across our weight management program
  • Expanded from 4,000 to ~40,000 patients in the UK, earning selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS
  • Tailored our offering to over 5,000 patients in Germany and Japan, with a goal to reach 30,000+ patients across both markets in 2025

About Pilot

Pilot is redefining men’s health in Australia.

We started by helping men tackle hair loss and erectile dysfunction without the awkward doctor’s visit. Today, Pilot provides treatment and support across sexual health, mental health, sleep, weight management, and preventative care — all through an easy, judgment-free online platform.

Our mission: to make it normal for men to talk about their health and take action early.

We’ve delivered over 500,000 consultations, built strong trust across the country, and we’re just getting started.

About the role (What you’ll be doing)

You’ll lead the performance engine driving Pilot’s growth — building, testing, and scaling paid campaigns that turn insight into impact. From Meta to YouTube and every channel in between, you’ll know what works, why it works, and how to make it work harder.

This is your shot to take Australia’s leading men’s health brand to the next level — delivering performance that moves the needle and growth that lasts.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the strategy and performance of paid media campaigns while ensuring best-in-class execution across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Establish a test-measure-learn feedback loop with our creative team to drive consistent ad improvements.
  • Lead analysis and reporting of campaign performance to drive data-backed decisions and continuous optimisations.
  • Identify the highest-impact levers across creative, targeting, post-click experience, and algorithmic optimizations - execute experiments to drive performance.
  • Leverage data, patient insights, and industry trends to write and manage creative briefs.
  • In collaboration with senior stakeholders, develop and champion growth marketing strategies that influence cross-functional teams including creative, product, and analytics.
  • Stay on top of industry best practice across channel and creative, and promote best-in-class performance marketing methodology within the company.
  • Make channel, campaign and ad set allocation decisions by triangulating first party blended and attributed data sources
  • Conduct analysis of ad creative to identify key variables that impact performance and guide subsequent briefs using this insight

About you (Who you are)

  • 5+ years’ experience in performance or growth marketing for consumer brands (ideally DTC or tech).
  • Proven record scaling paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Deep understanding of creative testing, data analysis, and optimisation frameworks.
  • Confident managing large budgets and balancing efficiency with growth.
  • Skilled at briefing and collaborating with creative teams to produce ads that convert.
  • Fluent in performance metrics, attribution models, and incrementality testing.
  • Comfortable making data-backed decisions and communicating insights clearly.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, with strong ownership and bias for action.
  • Energised by the challenge of pushing Australia’s leading men’s health brand to new heights.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience driving growth in a startup or regulated industry (health, fintech, etc.).

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
