About the Role
As one of our Business Development Managers, you will explore existing, new, and alternative sales channels. You will identify the best ways to promote Everway and, together with our team, increase our presence in the Norwegian market.
You will be supported by our Product Owners and Marketing Team while closely collaborating with colleagues across the organization to optimize your market strategy.
Your sales approach is value-based, structured, and strategic. With a diplomatic, tactical, and persuasive mindset, as well as strong listening and understanding skills, you can build productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at different organizational levels.
As part of our Workplace Division, we seek a results-driven and forward-thinking individual with a positive mindset. You will engage daily with a range of stakeholders to contribute to the company’s strategic goals.
This role is key in customer engagement and new business acquisition, making it ideal for an experienced professional with a proven track record in winning new business and managing the full sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within public sector and corporate organizations.
- Build a strong pipeline by managing marketing leads and inbound inquiries.
- Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
- Maintain a dynamic pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and business cases to secure new business, managing the entire sales process from start to finish.
- Attend events and trade shows to promote Everway and actively network.
- Stay informed about competitor activity to effectively position Everway’s solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system to track all sales activities and customer journeys.
- Close large, complex deals with long sales cycles, building strategic relationships.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of generating sales and winning new business.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building strong personal relationships and delivering outstanding customer service at all levels.
- A proven ability to consistently meet targets while prioritizing and delivering an exceptional sales experience—especially via digital channels.
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems, and proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling similar tools or to a similar target audience.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through new business acquisition within the public sector.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage social media and an established professional network (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter) to enhance personal and company visibility in a B2B environment.
- A relevant higher education degree.
- Experience working with the MEDDPICC sales methodology and an understanding of its processes for handling complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
