Role Summary:

The Senior Marketing Specialist, ABM Campaigns is responsible for the execution and management of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns that target high-value accounts. As a senior member of the Regional and ABM Campaigns team, this role focuses on the day-to-day execution of ABM initiatives, working closely with the sales and content teams to deliver campaigns tailored to specific accounts. This individual will manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and meet performance goals. They are also responsible for tracking and reporting campaign metrics to drive measurable results.

ABM Campaign Execution & Project Management:

  • Execute ABM campaigns targeting high-priority accounts across a range of channels including email, paid media, direct mail, and events.
  • Manage the day-to-day coordination of campaign elements, ensuring that all assets, messaging, and delivery timelines are on track.
  • Ensure all campaign workflows are followed, coordinating with various teams to execute campaigns efficiently.
  • Oversee the launch and delivery of ABM campaigns to ensure deadlines are met and resources are properly allocated.

 

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams:

  • Work closely with the sales team to align on campaign goals, messaging, and account targeting.
  • Collaborate with growth marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure that the materials used in ABM campaigns are tailored to the target accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that campaigns are integrated with broader marketing efforts and consistent with sales priorities.
  • Brief and update sales teams on campaign status, ensuring they are equipped to follow up with accounts during and post-campaign.

 

Personalized Content Coordination & Customization:

  • Coordinate the development of customized content (emails, presentations, landing pages) to support ABM campaigns.
  • Ensure that content is personalized for individual accounts or clusters of similar accounts, aligning with their business needs and challenges.
  • Manage the delivery of personalized outreach materials to the right decision-makers within each account.

 

Multi-Channel Engagement & Delivery:

  • Execute campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring that the right touchpoints are used to engage with target accounts at various stages of the funnel.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing, direct mail, and event teams to ensure seamless execution across all ABM campaign activities.
  • Track and manage campaign touchpoints to ensure a cohesive and consistent experience for target accounts.

 

Campaign Tracking, Reporting & Optimization:

  • Track and report on key campaign metrics, such as engagement levels, account activity, and lead progression.
  • Monitor the performance of ABM campaigns, identifying areas where optimization is needed to improve results.
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign outcomes to the Regional and ABM Campaigns Manager, ensuring transparency around performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the team to make adjustments to campaigns based on performance data and feedback from sales.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • 3+ years of experience in a senior-level marketing role, including experience in ABM campaign activities
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and performance tracking
  • Ability to work closely with sales, content, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment on campaign goals, messaging, and execution.
  • Experience in SaaS marketing
  • Demonstrated communication and decision-making skills
