As we continue to scale our global platform, the Warehouse Supervisor will play a critical role in driving safety, quality, productivity, and operational accuracy across the Frazeysburg Distribution Center.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Fanatics Commerce is seeking an energetic and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join the Fulfillment team at our Distribution Center in Frazeysburg, OH. In this role, you will oversee daily operations and lead a team of up to 200 employees, coordinating processes to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and accuracy while driving optimization and contributing to the company's profitability. The Warehouse Supervisor delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Collaborate with and influence peers and leaders across departments by establishing strong business partnerships that support both departmental and building-wide operational goals.

• Participate in daily planning processes, communicating shift priorities and operational updates through standup, town hall, and business meetings with stakeholders at multiple levels.

People Leadership:

• Train, motivate, coach, reward, and manage the performance of up to 200 direct reports, including vacation approvals, timecard approvals, overtime management, hiring, and corrective action in partnership with HR and Senior Management.

• Forecast staffing needs to meet business demands and proactively address personnel issues to maintain a high-performing, engaged team aligned to building KPIs.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)

• Maintain departmental standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy, ensuring that every order fulfilled meets the quality expectations of our fans.

• Review, prioritize, and organize operational activities each shift to minimize disruption and uphold on-time, accurate delivery commitments.

• Implement process improvements that directly reduce errors and increase throughput, translating operational excellence into a better fan experience.

• Enforce safety programs and ensure full compliance with safety guidelines, creating a work environment where every team member can perform at their best.

Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)

• Analyze large data sets to drive informed decisions and execute action plans that continuously improve departmental efficiency and accuracy.

• Develop and implement process improvements using familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

• Maintain and expand knowledge of all operating systems relevant to the work area, including Warehouse Management Systems and Oracle, identifying opportunities to leverage technology for operational gains.

• Identify staffing and workflow patterns through data analysis to proactively address bottlenecks before they impact productivity or fulfillment targets.

Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)

• Supervise all areas of your department in strict accordance with business and building KPIs, taking full accountability for shift-level outcomes.

• Complete all required administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness, including preparing reports, correspondence, and performance documentation.

• Coach team members on productivity and career pathing, taking personal ownership of their growth and development within the organization.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management, approaching every challenge with a relentless focus on results and continuous improvement.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing teams of 30 or more, with the ability to scale leadership effectively in a high-volume distribution or fulfillment environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Oracle.

• Experience presenting operational content in a variety of settings, including business meetings, standup briefings, and town hall forums.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence peers and leaders across an organization.

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies, with a track record of implementing efficiency-driving initiatives.

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or comparable high-volume operational environments; previous experience as an Epic Area Lead is recommended.

• Proven ability to analyze large data sets to drive informed decisions and execute action plans that improve departmental performance.

Education:
Bachelor's degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience within the company preferred; 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role preferred.
