Aircraft Completions Manager
Summary
Works to ensure the aircraft schedule and installation budget is maintained by overseeing day to day operations at the Modification (Mod) Center. Coordinates activities to evaluate and resolve installation issues encountered during the interior completion at the installation facility by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversees onsite completion of aircraft interiors. Works under the direct supervision of the Program Manager to ensure budget and on-time delivery goals are achieved at the Mod Center.
Develops modification schedule and ensures schedule adherence in support of an on-time delivery.
Maintains visibility of Mod Center task completion, assists Mod Center in sequencing and the scheduling of jobs as necessary.
Approves over and above hours when delegated by Greenpoint VP, Operations utilizing systems and processes in place to request, capture and track these hours.
Maintains oversight of interior completions, develops metrics and reports status to the Program Managers and VP of Program Management on a periodic basis.
Maintains a Greenpoint office at the Mod Center facility to ensure a consistent and visible presence and promote Greenpoint values.
Trains Mod Center personnel to ensure a cohesive understanding of VVIP Interior installations.
Reviews production schedules, engineering drawings and installation instructions, materiel data and related information to maintain current knowledge of the interior completion project.
Ensures Mod Center personnel maintain the same understanding and holds a GTI drawing familiarization training and refresher courses as required. Also provides input for manufacturability as required.
Provides technical support to internal and Mod Center quality control, materiel, production, and other department personnel.
Interprets engineering drawings and facilitates correction of errors on drawings and documents.
Investigates reports of missing, defective, damaged, or malfunctioning parts, assemblies, equipment, or systems to determine nature and scope of problem.
Maintains visibility to adherence to contract specifications related to interior installation. Reports any issues to Program Manager.
Performs procurement quality inspections of suppliers, supplier components and deliverables, in support of Supply Chain Management.
Support customer reviews and meetings as required.
Oversee and assist in coordination of contractors and consultants hired in support of interior modification activity.
Balances and prioritizes requirements of multiple operation(s) requirements across multiple GTI and modification center groups. Coordinates issues with all parties as required.
Facilitates a positive relationship with customers and vendors.
Support’s Supply Chain Management to ensure kits and material are available per schedule.
Oversees gathering weights data as required.
Oversees aircraft testing for certification and return to service as required.
Provides input, as required, for proposals and change orders.
Maintain safe working environment within aircraft at facility.
Maintains regular attendance including being at work, being on time to work and working full shifts.

Summary of Education, Experience & Certification

Aerospace background and aircraft interior modification experience required. Airframe & Power Plant License desirable. FAA DMIR desirable.

Avionics Technician
Summary
Modify, service, repair, and overhaul aircraft to ensure airworthiness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Has intermediate knowledge of all areas of the aircraft and assigned work area.
Accurately interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, wire diagrams, system schematics, drawings, engineering orders and other documents from both the client and Greenpoint.
Modify, repair, replace, or otherwise perform routine aircraft maintenance work in specialized area of aircraft.
Properly utilize and maintain Avionics hand tools to perform repairs and installations.
Accurately document work performed as set forth by Greenpoint and customer maintenance programs daily using the standard format. Prepare routine reports and correspondence.
Fabricate wire bundles and assemblies per drawings and standard practices to include marking of wires, properly securing wires into bundles, and termination of wires into a variety of contacts and connectors.
Troubleshoot issues, replace, or repair parts, test, making necessary adjustments.
Operate ground support equipment e.g. GPUs, Hi-Reach, etc. as required.
Operate test equipment e.g. Pitot Static Cart, Navigation test sets, etc. as required.
Help with general clean-up of work area.
Responsible for accurately clocking to jobs.
Regular and prompt attendance.

Executive Assistant
Summary
The Executive Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Executive Committee (ExCom) by acting as a strategic liaison between the Executive Team and internal and external clients. This role enhances operational efficiency and corporate image by managing a broad range of administrative responsibilities with professionalism and discretion. Key functions include organizing the Executive Team’s annual rhythm of business (ROB), such as weekly ExCom meetings, monthly All-Hands, strategic planning workshops, and special projects. The role requires a high degree of independence, confidentiality, and sound judgment to ensure seamless communication and execution of responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant, reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, provides administrative and organizational support to ensure seamless operations and enhanced productivity across the Executive Team and broader organization. Key responsibilities include:
Administrative and Calendar Management
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and events, and keeping the Executive Committee (ExCom) informed of schedules, action items, messages, and relevant business issues.
Anticipate needs and proactively execute administrative tasks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Meeting and Event Coordination
Plan and coordinate all aspects of meetings and events as needed, including ExCom, All Hands, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Monthly Plan Review (MPR), Strategic Planning, Fun Events, and team-building activities.
Schedule and coordinate Safran, supplier, and client meetings, ensuring all necessary preparations such as technical support, reports, room configurations, and catering are complete.

Communication and Document Management
Contribute to an effective communication plan by creating and formatting professional documents, including reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and memos. Ensure accuracy and maintain organized, up-to-date files.
Serve as a key liaison, fostering a positive work atmosphere and building effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and management.
Travel and Itinerary Coordination
Use travel tools to coordinate detailed travel arrangements for the Executive Team, including accommodations, transportation, and security logistics.
Create, reconcile, and submit expense reports for the Executive team.
Create comprehensive itineraries to maximize trip productivity and ensure preparedness by briefing leaders and sharing relevant information.
Project Management
Complete special projects and assignments by setting objectives, managing time, securing collaboration, and monitoring progress.
Track and follow up on key deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Maintain and organize departmental processes, ensuring documentation through Business Systems (BMS) and Document Control as required.
