THE OPPORTUNITY

Ready to make a real impact? We're seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our vibrant Client Sales team in the heart of London. This isn't just a job—it's your chance to be part of a movement that's transforming how the world prioritizes wellbeing.

  • Drive engagement: Engage potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and other creative channels.
  • Drive growth: Nurture leads, hit or exceed monthly targets, and unearth untapped opportunities. 
  • Champion wellbeing: Be an ambassador for Wellhub, educating partners on our mission to make well-being accessible to all.
  • Build Relationships: Network with industry leaders at events, both within Wellhub and beyond.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Driven by success: ou bring 3 years of experience in sales or relationship management, ideally in a B2B environment, with a strong track record of exceeding targets. Candidates with a consulting background, who are systems thinkers and thrive independently will stand out.
  • Multitasker & Self-Starter: You thrive juggling multiple projects and priorities in a fast-growing international company. You take initiative and keep things moving without missing a beat.
  • Adaptable and Resourceful: Fast-paced environments energize you. You handle ups and downs with optimism, resilience, and creative problem-solving.
  • Communication Powerhouse: Whether in writing or conversation, you connect effortlessly and build meaningful relationships.
  • Passionate About Wellbeing: You’re excited to join a company making a real difference. A love for sports, fitness, nutrition, or mental wellbeing is a big plus.

  • Master Organizer: Top-notch time management and organization skills.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: We understand that together, Wellhubbers and their leaders can make the best decisions for their own individual scopes. This includes flexibility to adjust their working hours based on their personal schedule, time zone, and business needs.

PAID TIME OFF: We know how important it is to take time away from work to recharge. Employees receive a minimum of 25 days paid holiday per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday!).

PARENTAL LEAVE: Welcoming a new child is one of the most special moments in your life and we want our employees to take the time to be present and enjoy their growing family. We offer 100% paid parental leave to all new parents and extended maternity leave.
