Associate, Fund Operations
The Fund Operations Associate is a critical member of the Fund Operations team, and you will execute a variety of projects and tasks related to client account administration and investment operations. The Fund Operations team plays a critical role in the organization’s strategic agenda and is responsible for operational functions including account opening, investment-related money movement, fund indications, allocations, redemptions and correspondence. Additionally, Fund Ops manages a centralized inbox for fund and client investment communications along with bulk capital call and distribution support. Fund Operations is a middle-office team, therefore this position is non-client/non-investor facing.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage processing and reconciliation of subscription documents, transfers, redemptions, and distributions across our various vehicles
- Manage lines of credit and cash balances across multiple fund vintages
- Manage open ended fund LP subscriptions and redemptions along with investment and cash analysis
- Manage the centralized inbox for fund and client investment communication
- Input and review capital calls and distributions for bulk processing for clients’ investments
- Collaborate with the rest of the Fund Operations team to communicate and action ICONIQ funds’ investment activity
- Manage communication workflow from investment managers to deal team
Ideal Candidate Background:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of direct relevant work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to learn quickly and execute efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees across multiple offices and time zones, as well as independently, to exceed clients’ expectations.
- Experience with Salesforce and Addepar are a plus
- Authorized to work permanently in the U.S.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.
Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $130,000 - $145,000 together with the benefits listed above.
