HR Coordinator

The Client Human Resources team at ICONIQ Capital serve as critical department in the organization’s strategic agenda. The team is now looking to secure an HR Coordinator to be based in the San Francisco office. This professional will provide support for the team on day-to-day HR and other associated functions. They will be an eager and driven professional who can quickly build effective partnerships with all team members. They will have the ability to deliver independently while working collaboratively with several internal teams. This is an exciting platform to join an evolving firm and drive tangible change.

 

ICONIQ Investment Management

This role sits within ICONIQ Investment Management which strives to deliver exceptional investment portfolios by harnessing the differentiated capital and strategic strength of the ICONIQ community.           

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a behind-the-scenes resource to assist the team as needed for day-to-day employees HR needs.
  • Assist with preparation/execution of any employee paperwork (e.g. onboarding related, training certifications, NDAs, terminations, signatures via DocuSign, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters.
  • Assist with annual reviews of Employee Handbooks, compliance related items, coordination of client team recruitment process, and payroll.
  • Schedule and coordinate team meetings as needed

 

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • Basic comprehension of human resource best practices, human resource laws, human resources policies and procedure.
  • The ability to handle and maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive employee and client information is essential.
  • Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to make proper judgement calls on when to handle items directly and when to consult with the VP, Human Resources, or Head of Human Capital.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

 

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 together with the benefits listed above.
