The Opportunity: Senior Analyst, Marketing Technology Operations
The Senior Analyst, Marketing Technology Operations will report to the Senior Solutions Engineer, and will focus on administering and optimizing ICONIQ Capital's marketing technology platforms. This role partners closely with marketing teams to configure tools, automate processes, and deliver actionable insights that improve marketing efficiency and campaign performance.The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of marketing operations and systems administration with a practical knowledge of marketing workflows and best practices.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Webflow, Google Analytics) to support the execution of marketing strategies.
• Ensure seamless integration between marketing platforms, CRM, and other business systems, prioritizing data quality and user-friendly processes.
• Execute email marketing campaigns, manage audience segmentation, and oversee automated journeys to improve engagement and deliverability.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media platforms; provide actionable insights to marketing teams.
• Deliver training and support to marketing teams, ensuring they effectively utilize tools and understand best practices for maximum ROI.
• Uphold data security and privacy standards in all marketing technology processes and configurations.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in marketing technology operations, marketing systems administration, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools, website content management systems (e.g., Webflow, WordPress), and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows, campaign execution, and operational support.
• Understanding of audience segmentation and journey building in marketing platforms.
• Exposure to development languages like R, Python, React, Javascript
Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.
Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $105,000- $120,000 together with a discretionary bonus, health insurance, paid time off, 401k participation with a company matching program, wellness stipend, personal education allowance as well as a commuter benefits program.
