Corporate Accounting Analyst

The Corporate Accounting team is seeking to hire an Accounting Analyst to join their team to gain exposure to all aspects of the Company’s Accounting operations. The candidate will report directly to the Associate Accountant on the team, while working closely with the entire finance function within ICONIQ.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Process Accounts Payable for ICONIQ’s U.S. management company, global entities, and investment vehicles using AI automation software (Vic.ai).
  • Assist with employee expense reimbursement processes (Concur) and contribute to global month-end processes.
  • Conduct bi-weekly in-office training sessions on Concur for new hires to familiarize them with expense reporting tools and processes while introducing them to firm policies and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across all departments of the firm, serving as the primary point of contact for accounts payable to ensure timely payments, expense-related queries, and policy clarifications.
  • Partner with the vendor management team to foster positive vendor relationships by streamlining onboarding, maintaining vendor records, and processing timely payments.

 

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • 1+ years of experience in an A/P, A/R role or industry accounting position.
  • Bachelor’s degree with concentration in accounting/economics/finance.
  • Desire to participate in a key part of the corporate finance process.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Prior experience with Intacct and Concur is a plus.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy. 

 

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $90,000 - $100,000 together with the benefits listed above.
