ID.me is seeking a Sales Commissions Manager who will report directly to the Senior Manager of GTM Planning who will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing the sales commission processes. This role involves developing and maintaining commissions plans, ensuring accurate and timely payout of commissions, and providing analytical support to drive sales performance. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, finance, accounting, and human resources teams. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan Design:
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of plans and relevant policies and application of those policies, monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis
- Participate in commission strategy meetings and the annual commission plan creation process.
- Commissions Accruals and Calculation
- Oversee the end-to-end process of calculating and distributing sales commissions and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of variable payouts.
- Collect and maintain accurate sales performance data to support commissions calculations and reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate commissions payouts, addressing any discrepancies or payout inquiries effectively.
- Calculate and manage monthly and quarterly commissions accruals, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Evaluate and drive continuous improvements on the commissions processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide training and support to sales teams regarding the incentive compensation plans and related commissions processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with GTM, Finance, and HR to ensure alignment on commissions plans and policies.
- Triage commission inquiries from the GTM team to include inquiry resolution.
- Provide compensation plan training when needed.
- Systematic Requirements
- Manage the incentive compensation application including: personnel, and plan management, functionality and system enhancements, and report design.
- Perform commissions and deal verifications using other internal tools such as Salesforce and Clari to ensure commission legitimacy and accuracy.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 5 years of experience in sales commission processing and compensation administration
- Proficiency with Clari, Excel, G-Suite, Salesforce
- Experience with a sales commission tool, preferably CaptivateIQ
- Proficiency with basic revenue accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Detail orientation with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Motivation and willingness to work on time-sensitive initiatives
The annual base salary listed below for this role is based on experience, skills, education, relevant training and geographic location. Company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, and benefits are available depending on the role.

$133,000 - $172,000 USD
