Role Overview
ID.me is seeking a strategic, creative, and execution-focused Marketing Manager to drive our customer programs and co-branded campaigns. This person will be responsible for partnering with our commercial customers and developing strategy, managing, and scaling co-branded marketing campaigns that drive consumer engagement and value across a diverse set of commercial customer verticals — from travel to apparel to technology to auto and more.
This is a Marketing role that works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Creative, and Digital Marketing, ensuring each campaign is grounded in business objectives, brand-aligned, and delivers results for both ID.me and its partners.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success to identify co-branded marketing opportunities and understand customer goals.
- Translate business needs into compelling marketing strategies that balance customer and ID.me business and brand objectives.
- Develop creative briefs that guide internal Creative, Content, and Design teams in developing campaign assets.
Campaign Development
- Project-manage the end-to-end development of co-branded marketing campaigns — from concept through execution.
- Coordinate with Creative and Design teams to produce high-impact assets tailored to each campaign and audience.
- Serve as the liaison between ID.me and partner marketing teams to secure feedback, align on messaging, and obtain approvals.
Execution & Optimization
- Collaborate with ID.me's Media team to launch and optimize campaigns across channels, including email, social, display, and events/on-site.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to maximize impact and partner satisfaction.
- Document learnings and contribute to the continuous improvement of ID.me’s co-branded marketing playbook.
Customer Consultation & Marketing Advisory
- Serve as a strategic marketing advisor to ID.me’s customers, guiding offer structure and benefit design to ensure relevance and appeal to targeted consumer communities.
- Provide consultative support on messaging, tone, and positioning that resonates with community audiences such as Military, Students, First Responders, and more
- Leverage internal resources and insights to help partners understand community demographics and behaviors, enabling smarter, audience-informed campaign decisions.
Qualifications
The qualifications below are ideal, but not all are required. We encourage candidates to apply if they satisfy some, but not all of the qualifications.
- 4–8 years of experience in marketing, ideally with co-branded, partner, or B2B2C campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels and campaign development processes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for translating business needs into actionable marketing briefs.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a bias toward execution.
- Experience working with external brand teams or agencies a plus.

The annual base salary listed does not include a company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity and benefits which will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location and role.

$193,999 - $213,219 USD
