Job Summary:

As a Product Manager at Impiricus, you will drive the strategy and execution of key products that transform how pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals interact. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, defining product requirements, and working cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives. This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and strong leadership skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap and strategy for assigned products/features
  • Gather and analyze market research, user feedback, and industry trends to inform product decisions
  • Write detailed product requirements and user stories in collaboration with engineering and design teams
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from conception to launch
  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure product satisfaction
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Monitor and report on product metrics and KPIs
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that could enhance our product offerings

Experience:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in technology companies (ideally in the HealthTech space)
  • Demonstrated success in autonomous management of products and businesses
  • Ability to work directly with clients and internal stakeholders and deliver outstanding partnership and results across the board
  • Experience solving complex product problems around scalability, platform building, conflicting priorities, etc.
  • General understanding of technical architectures
  • Some technical experience (i.e. SQL) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is a huge plus
