POSITION SUMMARY:

This role will gain hands on training and real-world business transformation experience, by helping drive and support operational efficiency programs within the Global Business Transformation team. This includes making process improvements, driving project management and automation, developing/following best practices and championing change.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Collaborating with project teams to support document collection, preparation, and review
  • Documenting process flows
  • Defining and delivering training to facilitate the adoption of new processes
  • Metrics reporting
  • Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Preparing presentations to key organizational stakeholders
  • Supporting visibility of project status for both internal teams and agencies including status reporting and reviews, dependency management, and issue/risk management
  • Assist lead project managers with facilitation of team meetings, requirements gathering and training sessions
  • Assist lead Program Managers with preparing status reports and metrics
  • Manage the organization of project documentation and approvals

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Data & Analytics / Marketing / Organizational Psychology or related major
  • Master degree preferred, but not required
  • Related experience in projects, clubs, or previous internships
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems, perform complex tasks, prioritize multiple projects, and follow through independently
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Solid experience/knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization and analysis tools a plus
  • Ability to communicate results in written and verbal form, as well as translate into effective presentations
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner to help achieve deadlines
  • Strong initiative, bringing ideas to action
  • Experience with some level of project management and tools is highly desirable, but not required
  • Understanding of the System Development Lifecycle a plus

NYC SALARY RANGE:

The hourly range for this position is $17 to $19.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
