Platform Product Designer - L5

Role Overview

This role sits at the core of how the platform works in practice for builders and solution teams.

You will translate complex platform capabilities—reusable components, workflows, and AI-driven systems—into intuitive, structured, and usable experiences. Beyond feature-level design, you will shape end-to-end workflows, ensuring clarity, usability, and scalability across use cases.

What You Will Own

Workflow & Experience Design

• Own end-to-end UX for key workflows from ideation to high-fidelity execution
• Translate complex, multi-step systems into intuitive interaction models
• Craft interfaces that simplify configuration-heavy, enterprise workflows
• Balance usability with power, flexibility, and correctness

Builder Experience & Usability

• Identify and remove friction in day-to-day builder workflows
• Design for both technical and semi-technical personas
• Enable smooth progression from exploration to production usage
• Ensure users understand system behavior, outputs, and tradeoffs

Prototyping, Research & Iteration

• Rapidly prototype concepts (low → high fidelity) to validate ideas
• Conduct user research (interviews, usability tests) and synthesize insights
• Use qualitative and quantitative signals to iterate and improve designs

Design Systems & Consistency

• Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system
• Ensure consistency across features and modules
• Reuse patterns effectively across workflows

Collaboration & Execution

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, AI, and Solution teams
• Translate ambiguity into structured UX solutions and clear artifacts
• Participate in iterative design, reviews, and validation cycles

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• 6–8 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Experience designing B2B SaaS, platforms, or complex applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end problem solving

Skills & Capabilities

• Strong foundation in interaction design and information architecture
• Ability to design structured workflows and guided experiences
• Familiarity with technical or developer-facing products
• Proficiency in Figma (advanced components, prototyping)
• Ability to simplify complexity into intuitive UI patterns
• Exposure to AI/ML-powered products
• Experience with workflow tools, low-code platforms, or developer tools
• Ability to rapidly prototype ideas (low to high fidelity) to validate concepts
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions
