SVP, Product

The Role:

The SVP, Product is the most senior product executive at JazzX, responsible for the AGI platform, all vertical and domain-specific applications, user experience, and the product and design organization.

You will lead product strategy, product management, and commercialization in close partnership with GTM, Delivery, and Engineering. This includes defining what JazzX builds, how it is experienced, how it is packaged and priced, how it is positioned and sold, and how it scales through reusable product capabilities.

This is a full-stack product leadership role with ownership across both inbound and outbound product management:

• Inbound: Strategy, roadmap, requirements, experience design, evaluation, release readiness, and quality
• Outbound: Market strategy, packaging and pricing, positioning, launch planning, field enablement, and adoption

You will inherit a live platform, a production-deployed mortgage solution, active customers, and a strong pipeline.

• Team: ~20 product and design leaders, expected to scale significantly
• Geography: Distributed teams across the US and India, with global expansion planned

What You’ll Own

Product Strategy and Platform Scaling

• Define product strategy across platform and solutions
• Scale the mortgage business and expand into adjacent verticals
• Drive platform productization and reuse
• Make clear decisions on platform vs. solution vs. customer-specific capabilities
• Build strong feedback loops from deployments into product improvements

Commercialization and Market Expansion

• Partner with GTM on packaging, pricing, positioning, and launch readiness
• Expand into new verticals and enable partner-led growth (SIs, ISVs, ecosystem partners)
• Build a scalable product and ecosystem strategy for repeatable growth

Team and Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead and scale product and design teams across geographies
• Establish strong operating cadence, decision-making, and quality standards
• Partner closely with Engineering, GTM, Delivery, and leadership

The ideal candidate combines company-level product leadership, strong technical judgment, and commercial acumen.

• Experience leading enterprise platforms and vertical applications
• Proven track record in scaling products and entering new markets
• Strong product operator with execution discipline
• Commercially strong with ownership of pricing, positioning, and adoption
• AI-native mindset with technical credibility in modern AI systems
• Strong product and design leadership capabilities
• Experience building high-performing teams and culture
• Ability to lead globally distributed teams
• Experience in regulated or high-stakes industries is a plus
• Ability to drive partner-enabled scale (SIs, ISVs, ecosystem)

Likely Backgrounds

Senior product leaders (SVP / VP / Head of Product) from AI-native enterprise software, workflow automation, decisioning systems, or regulated SaaS environments.

Strong candidates will have experience scaling live products while launching new offerings and expanding into new verticals, ideally across global teams.

Location & Compensation

This is a Bay Area-based executive role with regular in-person collaboration expected.

Compensation includes a competitive executive base salary, bonus, equity participation, and benefits aligned with SVP-level roles at a high-growth, well-funded AI company.
