The Opportunity:

The Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of professional services. This role requires a deep understanding of Digital Signage, AV systems, and the ability to drive the success of the projects through strategic planning, team management, and process improvement. This role involves the management of administrative tasks, scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with clients and internal teams. The Project Manager ensures that project documentation is maintained, timelines are adhered to, and all project-related activities are organized effectively to contribute to the successful delivery of integration projects.

Qualifications: 

Project Execution:

  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Responsible for the execution of their assigned projects, spanning from job initiation through job closeout, overseeing installation, engineering, and training
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project tasks and timelines.
  • Track project progress and update status reports regularly.
  • All projects must be completed comply with OSHA regulation, to specifications, within budget, on time, and most importantly to the satisfaction of the customer

Scheduling & Coordination:

  • Schedule meetings, site visits, and project-related activities for the DVLED Installation and Integration team.
  • Coordinate the delivery of materials, equipment, and resources to job sites as required by project schedules.
  • Ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project milestones, deadlines, and any changes to the schedule.

Client & Vendor Communication:

  • Serve as a point of contact for related LG Sales and Service team(s), providing updates on project status and addressing routine inquiries.
  • Liaise with LG Sales and Service team(s) to confirm delivery dates, product specifications, and resolve any logistical issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of client-facing documents, including proposals, contracts, and progress reports.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, meeting minutes, and change orders.
  • Ensure that all project files are properly organized and accessible to team members.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports, including status updates, budget summaries, and timeline adjustments.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to improve project coordination processes and tools.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the DVLED Installation and Integration team.
  • Participate in post-project reviews to gather feedback and contribute to lessons learned documentation.

Financial Administration:

  • Assist with budget tracking, including monitoring expenses, processing invoices, and reconciling project costs.
  • Support the department leader in preparing financial reports and forecasts for ongoing projects.
  • Ensure that all financial documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

Team Collaboration:

  • Monitor team members to ensure that all aspects of the project are on track.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including document preparation, data entry, and scheduling assistance.
  • Assist in the coordination of resources, ensuring that team members have the tools and information they need to complete their tasks.

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in a project manager role, preferably within the digital signage, audio-visual, construction, or technology industries.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS)
  • CTS-D (Design) and/or CTS-I (Installation)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • ITIL Certification

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and in confined spaces as required by the project.
  • Ability to lift and carry project-related materials and equipment as needed.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
