We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in Montreal. You will join another talent acquisition coordinator to support a team of 7 North American recruiters and their hiring managers while creating an amazing experience for our candidates. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist recruiters and hiring managers with day-to-day hiring activities with interview scheduling, manage interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Ensure last-minute changes are handled smoothly and efficiently with minimal disruptions.
  • Act as an advocate for candidate experience, ensuring internal and external candidates are actioned within set guidelines.
  • Assist in drafting offer letters, tracking offer approvals, and ensuring a smooth handover to the onboarding team.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in Greenhouse, ensuring a high level of data integrity and compliance with hiring processes. 
  • Leverage your strong organizational skills and administrative expertise to support job related and scheduling requests. 
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and other People & Culture team members
  • Identify inefficiencies in scheduling, reporting, or candidate communication and propose solutions to enhance the recruitment experience.
  • Support ad-hoc projects such as employer branding initiatives, DEI efforts, and data reporting for the TA team.

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Recruiting coordination or other relevant administration experience in a high volume environment.
  • Strong French and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Meticulous organizational skills and time management ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset to ensure exceptional candidate experience and top level support to our hiring managers. 
  • Experience with Greenhouse (or other applicant tracking systems) and GoodTime (for scheduling) is an asset, but not necessary!
