Strategic Marketing Associate - Policy & Public Affairs

While experience in policy, integrity, government, or elections is a plus, it is not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute compelling marketing assets—including presentations, one-pagers, and blog content—to raise awareness and educate global government and political organizations on digital marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring marketing strategies to life through impactful content that supports high-priority global initiatives.
- Master and apply brand guidelines and messaging frameworks specific to Government and Nonprofit communications.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to produce and deliver high-quality content.
- Coordinate with regional teams to localize content across diverse countries, languages, and audience segments.
- Effectively communicate marketing plans across internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility.
- Monitor performance and report on key learnings to continuously improve marketing collateral and strategy.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital and/or product marketing
- Proven success in global marketing, with a focus on creating content for large-scale internal and external audiences
- Interest or experience in policy, integrity, government, or political sectors
- Strong background in agency and vendor management, either client-side or within creative/production environments
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Creative problem-solver with a track record of innovation, risk mitigation, and resourcefulness
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, accessible messaging
