Technical Delivery and Operations Consultant

What you’ll do as our Technical Delivery and Operations Consultant:
- Own end-to-end implementations of MaintainX’s condition monitoring solution, from kickoff through go-live.
- Project-manage deployments, maintaining detailed plans, milestones, and communication with internal teams and customers.
- Coordinate with installation partners to schedule on-site work and ensure quality of installation.
- Order, track, and manage delivery of sensors, gateways, and other hardware to customer sites, ensuring on-time fulfillment.
- Configure devices within MaintainX’s software application.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on technical questions and support escalations.
- Monitor ongoing system health, triage connectivity or data‐quality issues, and drive remediation activities to resolution.
- Document processes and best practices, continuously improving deployment playbooks and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback, feature requests, and issue trends.
About you:
- Proven track record managing complex technical rollouts—ideally in IoT, condition monitoring, or similar hardware-centric solutions.
- Strong project management skills, comfortable driving cross-functional teams, and juggling multiple customer engagements.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities; you build trust through clarity, responsiveness, and follow-through.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a drive to document every step and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Problem-solver mindset, thriving on identifying root causes and leading remediation under tight timelines.
- Self-starter with a bias for action, capable of working independently and escalating appropriately when roadblocks arise.
