Change Management Consultant
Change only works when people do. Join our Business Architecture team to co-create with clients, translate strategy into simple ways of working, training materials, and tools, and build the capabilities teams need to thrive through change. You’ll help global brands become truly customer-centric by making change clear, learnable, and repeatable.
What will your day look like?
As a Change Management Consultant in our Business Architecture team, you'll get the chance to work across multiple different client projects from automotive, fashion, FMCG, to home furnishing brands. While every project is unique, your responsibilities will typically include:
- Map the people affected by change and their needs, run change-readiness assessments, and clarify impacts/risks to build a shared knowledge baseline.
- Shape the change approach and roadmap, set governance and decision rights, define the communications plan, and agree on measurement frameworks to guide execution.
- Facilitate working sessions with Business Architecture colleagues, VML MAP specialists, and client teams to explore the problem space and design practical ways of working (e.g., collaboration models, roles & responsibilities, or practices).
- Develop core resources (e.g., vision decks, playbooks, toolkits, FAQs, or working guides) to make change easy to learn and apply.
- Deliver clear, human-centered communications, executive-ready presentations, and interactive training (e.g., relay sessions or train-the-trainer) so people gain the skills and confidence to navigate the change.
- Pilot with real users, gather insights, and iterate plans, content, and training based on data and feedback.
- Conduct pre and post surveys, monitor adoption with pulse checks, report progress and risks, and tune the approach so improvements stick and ownership transitions smoothly.
Who are you going to work with?
At the VML MAP headquarters in Copenhagen, you will join our Business Architecture Team, consisting of process, change, and collaborative work management consultants. You will become part of a dynamic and international environment where you will get plenty of opportunity to develop your personal and professional skills.
