What You’ll Do:
- Assist in optimizing the user funnels to improve user acquisition, activation, and monetization conversion rates.
- Support the design and implementation of growth experiments and data analysis.
- Analyze user behavior and A/B test performance to validate hypotheses and funnel improvements.
- Actively participate in product iteration, including feature design, user interviews, and user feedback collection.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and marketing to implement growth features.
What We’re Looking For:
- Familiarity with the AARRR model and user funnel metrics.
- Understanding of goals and principles of growth experimentation (A/B testing).
- Strong interest in SaaS products and product management with a robust self-driven learning ability.
- Possess certain data analysis skills and a mindset for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent Chinese communication is essential.
- Available for full-time internship in Beijing for more than three months, attending at least four days per week (remote work possible for outstanding performers).
Nice to Have:
- Experience interning with SaaS products.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Mixpanel/Metabase/PostHog/Statsig etc.
- Understanding of user experience design principles along with basic prototyping skills.
