Position Overview  

The Quoin is seeking an energetic, detail‑oriented Food Runner to support our service team and ensure dishes reach guests with accuracy, efficiency, and care. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, design‑driven environment and takes pride in presentation and timing. As a Food Runner, you’ll act as a key link between the kitchen and dining room, helping maintain smooth service flow and an exceptional guest experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support servers by delivering food, clearing plates, and resetting tables with speed and precision 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, service stations, and server alley 
  • Refill water, replenish bread and table items, and anticipate guest needs before they arise 
  • Assist with running dishes, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation 
  • Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and management to maintain smooth service flow 
  • Uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards 
  • Represent the warm, polished, and attentive service style of Le Supreme 

Qualifications 

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred, especially in upscale or high‑volume environments 
  • Strong work ethic and a team‑oriented mindset 
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy service periods 
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail 
  • Passion for hospitality and supporting a refined guest experience 
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
