What You’ll Do

As a key partner to our Sales, Customer Order Management (COM), Finance, and Revenue Operations teams, you will:

Be the Operational Backbone of the Sales Organization

  • Manage and maintain the regional Sales email inbox, ensuring timely, professional communication with internal teams, customers, and prospects.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer account information (billing, shipping, legal entity changes, contact details, etc.).
  • Resolve bounce-back email issues and drive ongoing CRM data quality and cleanup efforts.
  • Assist with security questionnaires in collaboration with Customer Success.
  • Support ad-hoc regional tasks and administrative needs as they arise.

Partner with Sales to Advance Opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Order Management and Finance to clarify orders, ensure complete documentation, and help process transactions efficiently.
  • Support Team Track reporting, CRM hygiene, QBR preparation, and operational meetings.
  • Participate in trainings and team sessions that increase operational consistency and excellence.

Drive Revenue Operations Initiatives

  • Serve as a first-line resource for process questions from the sales teams you support.
  • Assist with data cleanup, reporting, and process-improvement projects aimed at strengthening our revenue engine.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of administrative experience, sales support highly desired
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities
  • A passion for supporting sales teams, working in a team environment, and improving operational workflows
