What you’ll do

As a part of the DnA local products team, you will independently work with in-market local product managers to progressively build multiple products planned for the market. You would own the complete lifecycle of all the products: scoping, development, testing, release, and post release management. Contribute towards the product strategy of their respective markets, drive commercialization and identify areas of opportunity for new products.

  • Develop strong understanding of commercial priorities and business challenges and translate them into building innovative solutions that will drive long term sustainable growth.
  • Drive charter for local product and vertical specific solutions and develop these product offerings through efficient planning and execution.
  • Spearhead projects to enhance our DSP, (multi)Channel and Analytics offerings/capabilities.
  • Drive market specific or cross market automation initiatives
  • Provide proactive solutioning on custom analytics initiatives for our top clients to drive incremental revenue.
  • Enable sales team in responding to briefs and delivering on big RFP pitches by positioning right analytics and DS capabilities and solutions to solve client challenges.
  • Spread awareness of newly developed local products and custom solutions within DnA team to drive adoption across all markets.
  • Provide subject matter guidance on specialised analytical skillsets and new-age technology ideation & implementation.
  • Be a technical & analytics evangelist - educate market stakeholders and internal team members around MiQ’s analytics capabilities.
  • Active participation in hiring and onboarding initiatives > Represent MiQ in external events and industry forums.

Who are your stakeholders?

As a consultant, you are required to work with different stakeholders across the MiQ ecosystem:

Programmatic Traders: As a consultant, you collaborate with traders to test out the activation solutions to help them optimize campaigns. By leveraging your solution-developing skills & understanding of the programmatic landscape, you provide actionable activation segments on audience targeting, ad performance, and bidding strategies. This helps traders make data-driven decisions, optimize their advertising campaigns, and improve overall campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Product Managers: You work closely with the Product managers to leverage the power of data partnerships and through your EDA skills you help uncover valuable insights about customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance. This information allows Product managers to create a product requirement & scoping document with all the necessary details about the product's USP, capabilities thus outlining the course of product development Sales Representatives: You will also be helping the sales team by creating a pitch document/presentation of the Local Product & Solution for the clients. Your deck/doc helps identify potential opportunities and develop a gripping sales narrative. Additionally, you assist in responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) by providing data-driven pre-campaign insights / white-labeled case studies out of the products created under various verticals that help us in increasing the revenue streams.

Agencies & Clients: Your expertise in data analytics, statistics, data sciences & solution development skills are invaluable for agency and advertiser clients. By providing them with planning, activation & performance measurement solutions, you empower them to make informed decisions regarding their marketing strategies. Your final recommendations out of the solutions will help clients optimize their advertising budgets, target the right audience, and maximize the effectiveness of their campaigns. You are required to promote MiQ's internal solutions and capabilities, showcasing MiQ's unique value proposition in the programmatic landscape.

DnA Analysts, Associate Consultants & Data Scientists: You are required to work with & lead the Associate Consultants, DnA Analysts & Data Scientists to form a team with all the expertise in place for robust product development. The product developed under local products will be a collaborative effort of all the 3 experts. You will also have to lead the effort of training all other DnA Analyst on how to use a product, help them pitch to the client, and how to measure the impact of the solution.

DnA Leads: Work with DnA leads to ensure the adoption of the solutions across all the teams and plan to set up training and walkthrough sessions.

What you’ll bring  

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent quantitative field (such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics)
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering analytics solutions and/or analytics consulting.
  • 1+ years of experience in project delivery management
  • Proficient with either R or Python and Spark
  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of big data processing tools/frameworks like Qubole /Databricks/Spark, AWS
  • Exposure on API Integrations
  • Descriptive and Inquisitive Analytics, Statistical modelling and Advanced analytics
  • Should have developed and implemented at least 2 analytics solutions end to end.
  • Able to translate problems into business-ready deliverables.
  • Excellent Storytelling and visualization skills
  • Programmatic Media / Ad-Tech domain knowledge
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum framework, Sprint planning
  • Exposure on Machine learning and Deep Learning
  • Exposure to project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Monday.com etc.
  • Knowledge of Tableau/ PowerBI /Google Data Studio > Design and analysis of experiments

Driving client stickiness: With your ability to leverage different datasets in the MiQ ecosystem, merge them together, and lead the solution development in terms of technicalities, you will help the Local Product Managers in terms of gathering the requirements for vertical-specific product, collecting & incorporating feedback from the market and the clients, managing the post-release lifecycle of the product and identifying new opportunities thereby improving client stickiness
  2. Driving Profitability: By leveraging the power of data you are expected to lead and work with Associate Consultants to identify areas where we can create automated activation or optimization solutions to optimize costs & enhance the performance of campaigns thus making better margins and profitability in comparison to our competitors
  3. MiQ Growth: Being on top of the products that are there in the outside market & the ability to leverage data in the MiQ ecosystem to lead the re-creation of those solutions that can help support MiQ's business & tap into new revenue streams to drive growth
  4. Support Key Decision Making: Your expertise in data analysis and solution development approach provides decision-makers with the necessary information to make informed choices. Your products help guide agencies, advertisers & internal stakeholders in making strategic and tactical decisions that align with the MiQ's or client's objectives.
  5. Consultant Best Practices: As a consultant, you are expected to lead the initiative of introducing analytics, statistics & solution backend creation best practices within the team, guide the team in setting up products, ensuring that you own some part of the product development and bring in quality frameworks within the team & internal stakeholders
  6. Developing Custom Analytics Solutions: Leveraging your experience in product development in conjunction with statistics & advanced analytics, you will be expected to provide solutions to the vertical level problems & lead the development of MiQ local products both technically & operationally & work closely with the product managers in enhancing their adoption within the target market
