Summary of Role:

Are you ready to drive the future of automotive marketing? We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of crafting and executing captivating media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with our innovative creative teams to ensure our brand message hits the mark every time.

As the Marketing Communications Manager, you'll be the engine behind our media strategy, ensuring our campaigns are as powerful and reliable as our vehicles. You'll steer the analysis of campaign performance, providing insights that keep our communication strategies on the road to success. Plus, you'll work closely with our creative geniuses to make sure every message we send is in perfect alignment with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Media Strategy Development: Partner with media agency-of-record to design strategic omnichannel media campaigns that align with MMNA’s marketing/business objectives and target audience.
  • Communication Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies in collaboration with creative agency-of-record to support marketing objectives, communication goals and advertising needs.
  • Campaign Execution/Management: Oversee the execution of media campaigns across various platforms, from strategy to production, execution to reporting. Work closely with agencies and production partners to ensure that marketing is engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Prepare regular reports with actionable insights. Continuously optimize media and messaging based on performance data and feedback.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to ensure cohesive and integrated media strategies.
  • People Management: Directly overseeing the growth and development of our Marketing Communications Specialist.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of regional and/or national experience in advertising, media, and marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing and leading a team.
  • Strong proficiency in media planning, budgeting, and analytics tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various media channels and platforms (digital, print, broadcast, etc.).
  • Proven ability to analyze data and generate insights for strategic decision-making.

Profile Differentiators:

  • Automotive industry experience an advantage.

Pay Transparency Language:

The base salary for this position ranges between $105,000 to $125,000. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
