About the Role:
We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to help build and scale the internal systems that support a global, multi-brand organization at the forefront of the creator economy. In this role, you’ll support People Ops infrastructure across all teams within Beast Industries - spanning onboarding, offboarding, compliance, systems, and culture - ensuring we have the processes, policies, and support in place to help our people thrive.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can flex between tactical execution and strategic problem-solving. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support day-to-day People Operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, compliance, systems, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple states and countries, partnering with Legal and Finance as needed
- Partner closely with leadership on implementing and improving people policies, internal workflows, and best practices
- Be the go-to contact for all HR systems, tools, and documentation, ensuring data is accurate, secure, and well-organized
- Support team leads in executing employee-related processes such as reviews, feedback cycles, and policy rollouts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and other teams to ensure People Ops is seamlessly integrated across the org
- Play a key role in culture-building initiatives, team events, and internal communications
- Help identify and implement scalable solutions/systems as we continue to grow and evolve
What Makes You a Fit:
- 4-6 years of experience in HR, People Ops, or a similar role, ideally at a fast-growing startup or creator-led org
- Deep familiarity with HR systems, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance best practices
- Experience supporting multistate or global teams across varied business lines or brands
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask across workstreams
- Approachable, empathetic, and able to maintain confidentiality and trust with employees at all levels
- Comfortable operating autonomously and owning systems end-to-end
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you’ll be a key resource for our entire team
- Proactive problem solver who thrives in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
