Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt's Sr. Revenue Growth Manager, you will help build and clearly define promotional guidelines and guardrails to deploy across our Distributor network to ensure deliberate and proftiable revenue growth through strategic planning, analysis, and execution.

This role is eligible to participate in our Nutrabolt Bonus Plan. 

What You're Good At:

  • You and your team will deeply collaborate with the entire commercial team and serve as a strategic thought partner utilizing all five pillars of RGM to drive profitable growth
  • You will be a valued cross-functional partner, to ensure all functions understand all RGM pillars of pricing, sharing the RGM mindset, capabilities, and principles across the organization
  • You will help manage profitability across portfolios/customers by recommending optimized trade / promotional offers
  • The Sr. Revenue Growth Manager will be critical in the development and launch of our new TPM/TPO (Trade Promotion Management/Trade Promotion Optimization) tool
  • You will help forecast monthly, quarterly, and annually customer P&L statements and compare against actual/reported performance at a customer/Distribution partner level
  • You will understand business drivers and effectively communicate impacts to the business, cross functionally
  • You will develop and improve current trade spending guidelines and guardrails utilizing new insight and analysis tools
  • You will build and maintain a new promo ROI process and to enhance and improve ROI of promotions over time
  • You will conduct competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions
  • Track the performance of RGM initiatives to provide regular updates to senior leadership
  • You will increase productivity by developing automated processes utilizing all tools (old and new), coordinating information requirements, and increasing efficiency across the process

In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:

  • Promotional Optimization identification and recommendations
  • Cross-functional analysis support and connections built with commercial teams
  • Quarterly forecasting and annual budget planning and review
  • Ad-Hoc reporting and strategic thinking turnaround time
  • Development of TPM/RGM tool on time and within budget
  • Automated promotional optimization & ROI tools

What You Contribute: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, finance or other related fields
  • You have a strong ability to build datasets (in Excel, PowerBI, Tableau), and analyze data, market trends and customer behavior to identify revenue growth opportunities
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in any combination of Trade Management, Sales or Category Management
  • Knowledge and use of category management tools and data
  • Knowledge and use of TPM systems either through broker experience or use at other CPG company
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally
  • Requires effective interaction with Sales and Finance functions and is able to stay organized
  • Excellent data system affinity with ability to work with and learn new systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications is essential.  High level of proficiency in Excel required
  • Has effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must have
