Collaborating with former tradfi professionals, manage the strategic planning and development of the platform's trading system, which includes spot trading, margin trading, futures, and options, facilitating daily trading volumes in billions of USD.

Guide the team to enhance the company's competitive edge in financial and trading products by innovating with new timely products.

Enhance existing products to maintain market leadership by improving product's capital efficiency, feature richness, scalability, and simplicity.

Ensure platform stability by designing and building risk monitoring systems to manage market-related risks arising from trading products.

Investigate the needs of institutional and retail users to identify new opportunities for growing market share and increasing trading volume.

Lead a large cross-functional product and engineering team, ensuring the team collaborates effectively to achieve success.

Proven hands-on experience in leading the complete development of complex backend systems, including trading systems, advertising systems, e-commerce platforms, and payment systems.

Possess a deep understanding of financial derivatives principles, with experience in designing or significantly upgrading futures and options trading systems from the ground up preferred. Candidates with strong learning abilities and experience in similar large-scale systems will also be considered.

Outstanding market insight and strategic judgment, with the ability to identify trends and market opportunities in a fast-changing environment.

Strong execution and leadership skills, capable of driving complex projects and leading large cross functional teams teams.

Excellent data analysis skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support product and business decisions.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Top-tier university background (domestic or overseas) and fluency in English preferred.

Experience in stocks, forex, crypto spot/derivatives trading, or quantitative trading is a plus.

Relevant experience in a global high-tech company.

Strong passion for crypto/Block Chain.
