Role: Regional Producer (f/m/d) 6-9 month Contract (Option for extension)

Location: Hamburg, Germany (Office presence expected at minimum 1 day per week)

 

About the role:

Join our dynamic team as a Regional Producer, where you'll lead production efforts for major global brands. Reporting to the Regional Account Lead, you'll collaborate with global and regional teams, fostering relationships with key stakeholders to drive impactful content production.

As an expert in global brand campaign production, you'll manage both print and digital media projects with a deep understanding of production cycles. You'll handle project management, assess campaign scopes, and provide direction to Project Managers, tailoring timelines based on local market needs.

You'll coordinate with the Satellite Studio Manager to ensure campaign milestones, quality standards, and timely delivery. You'll inspire your team, facilitate communication between global and regional teams, and act as the central contact for status updates, risks, and challenges, addressing budget and resource considerations and escalating issues as needed.

What you will be doing: 

  • Oversee regional delivery; support Regional Account Lead with local asset delivery and client alignment.
  • Assist with project planning, status updates, risk management, and challenge resolution.
  • Act as the onsite client communicator for project-specific timeline queries.
  • Create production timelines per SLA; forecast campaigns to anticipate resource needs.
  • Brief Integrated Project Managers on campaign details, timings, and scopes.
  • Oversee and approve IPM-adapted timings for local market nuances.
  • Track regional pre-production tasks, including translations, price checks, approvals, and market participation.
  • Escalate resource shortages to Regional Lead and relevant channels.
  • Monitor PMs' delivery progress and provide status reports to regional and channel leads.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as Media Agencies.
  • Lead regional production, localization, and delivery with clear communication and control.
  • Manage and oversee digital and print campaigns across multiple channels and languages.
  • Lead the IPM team by managing up to 4 direct reports.
  • Drive campaign execution and closure, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support Regional Lead with data-driven monthly reports, strategic QBRs, invoicing, and out-of-scope tasks.
  • Conduct daily stand-up calls with Satellite Studio teams, addressing production issues.
  • Review global campaigns and use forecast data for production foresight.
  • Assist Regional Lead with campaign kick-offs and handle out-of-scope and guideline deviations.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and local campaign execution in the sales market.
  • Assist Regional Lead with cost estimates for additional resourcing.
  • Advocate for automation and future-facing work methods.

What you need to be great in this role:  

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in digital, print and motion, covering owned and bought media.
  • Experience working with multiple campaigns, languages, and channels.
  • Extensive agency experience with high-profile clients and managing a large volume of assets.
  • Demonstrated production experience on global brands with line management experience.  
  • Strong account & project management skills, with experience managing onsite and offshore teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven ability to drive successful campaign production lifecycles, with an ability to assess risk in real time adapt using agile methodology.
  • Proficiency forecasting, resource management and project burn rate.  
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to innovation and new business growth. 
  • Please note it's a 6-9 month Contract with the option for extension
