
Senior Executive, Paid Search & Paid Social
About the Role:
This role is across Beiersdorf, more specifically, brands sitting outside of the Nivea space. This role sits within the Performance team focused on driving growth, integrating with brand plans to deliver high standard media planning. You will have dual role managing Paid Search & Social activity as part of a wider team.
Prior knowledge of both channels is preferable but a desire to learn a new channel is also something we would be happy to see. We are a cross channel team, so there is also ample opportunity to contribute to Programmatic as well. Across Social we activate across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest. This role sits within part of a wider Beiersdorf team with client services, digital and performance experts (Search, Social and Programmatic specialists) and so lots of opportunity to be involved in cross channel projects. Beyond Beiersdorf, you will be a leader within the Performance Community, and will be called on to support in new workstreams across the agency, team training, and to mentor and support more junior colleagues
About You:
- Hands-on experience in managing / activating paid social and search media accounts across multiple platforms
- Meta blueprint certified and/or other social/prog platforms (Tiktok, Pinterest, DV360 etc)
- Exemplary time management skills, able to prioritize and work well under pressure.

Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely. Let us know if you have any questions about our working pattern as part of your application and interview process.

Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
