Job Title: Event Operations Manager
Job Summary: Reporting to the Manager, Convention Operations, this role assists in the operations planning and execution of global Pokémon events, with an emphasis on supporting internal stakeholders and teams.

What you’ll do
- Serve as the main point-of-contact for teams within TPCi who need to have a presence at our events.
- Gather, track, and communicate onsite needs including but not limited to badges and credentialing, catering, furniture, A/V, and tech equipment accurately and on-time. Ensure all needs are accounted for onsite.
- Liaise with the President’s office to arrange onsite needs for local and international executives.
- Develop the catering plan for each event (feeding up to 1500 people) and be the onsite POC for staff F&B.
- Manage the onsite Show Management Office, including tracking inventory of radios, keys, etc. and acquiring needed supplies.
- Global travel to 3-4 events per year with occasional additional site visits.
What you’ll bring
- 2-3 years experience in event planning, office management, or administrative assistance in a VIP or high-touch environment.
- Direct experience with esports production is beneficial, as is working with well-known brand IP (bonus if it is in the game industry).
- Skilled relationship-builder across all levels of an organization, including executives.
- Strong customer and attendee experience focus.
- Ability to multitask and proactively manage assigned projects with minimal supervision.
- Able to work under pressure and under challenging timelines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to details, and ability to multitask between different projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $84,000 - $100,000 per year. The full range is $84,000 - $126,000 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
