Who are we looking for?
The Receiving and Kitting Warehouse Specialist ensures flawless operation in receiving, inspecting, and signing for incoming materials and equipment. Outstanding attention to detail is essential for maintaining accuracy in records and verifying receiving receipts with open orders in our inventory system. You will also manage internal receiving for Production Department’s finished goods and Molding Department’s plastic part inventory, ensuring accuracy and supporting daily warehouse demands.

- Coordinate truck and container drop-offs at our location.
- Competently receive and logically store parts.
- Check and count all items unloaded from trucks or trailers, reporting discrepancies to the carrier and the Purchasing Department.
- Enter data in the computer for all inbound, outbound, and internal movement of materials in the warehouse.
- Transport parts between buildings using the company vehicle.
- Assist with day-to-day warehouse duties.
- Maintain organization in documentation and part storage.
- Provide quality customer service to internal departments.
- Communicate required parts to perform your job efficiently.
- Operate our moving truck, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks.
- Retain and apply direction as given.
- Apply power tools proficiently.
- Maintain warehouse sanitation independently.
What you will bring to the team
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience, plus warehousing experience (receiving, shipping, packaging, etc.) or a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, supervisors, and employees.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding Basic English. Competence in using metric and standard measurements as whole and fractions, and applying basic calculations of area/mass in practical situations.
- Capacity to solve practical problems and take care of a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point) are a plus.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Experience with a forklift, pallet jack, and power tools.
- Diligent with the ability to prioritize workflow.
- Flexibility to change work speed based on workload demands.
- Physical ability to lift and/or move 50 lbs multiple times throughout the workday.
- Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods.
Location: Merrimack, NH - 100% onsite
Note: This is a full-time, short-term position that can lead to a full-time employee position with DAPR Engineering.
