About You:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong technical background and experience in telehealth. You have a proven track record in product management at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. You enjoy mentoring and guiding other PMs, helping them grow and develop their skills. You thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and are passionate about delivering solutions that create value for customers. You have a data-driven mindset and a deep understanding of the user experience, and you regularly seek out ways to improve products and processes.

About The Role:

This is a unique opportunity to shape our product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead initiatives from concept to launch. You will work closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to drive the product roadmap, mentor junior PMs, and ensure successful execution of product initiatives. You will play a key role in scaling our telehealth solutions and expanding our product offerings to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

What You Will Own:

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, with a focus on telehealth features.
  • Mentor and support junior Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
  • Partner with customer success and sales teams to gather insights and advocate for customer needs.
  • Drive product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales teams.
  • Document product specifications and workflows to ensure alignment across teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS (Experience in telehealth is highly preferred).
  • Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Proven track record of mentoring and developing other Product Managers.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

The total compensation range for this position in the United States is $160,000 to $180,000. Compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
