About The Role
We are seeking a Video Editor & Motion Designer to create impactful video content that supports product marketing, sales enablement, client success, and social media campaigns. You’ll collaborate with our Brand Director, Brand Designer, Sales, and marketing teams to produce compelling visual assets that resonate with diverse audiences and reinforce our mission.
This role requires a mix of technical expertise, creative vision, and a passion for crafting performance-driven content that builds trust, drives engagement, and converts interest into sales demos.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance-Driven Video Production
- Create high-performing video content tailored for digital advertising, social media platforms, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Develop engaging, platform-specific ads designed to maximize clicks, conversions, and demo bookings.
- Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, and data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance.
- Creative, High-Quality Content Creation
- Produce high-quality video content for paid media, product marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Transform client stories, product highlights, and stage talks into polished, platform-ready assets.
- Maintain alignment with brand guidelines while delivering innovative and impactful designs.
- Creative Collaboration
- Partner with the Brand Designer and Brand Director to ensure all video assets align with the overall creative strategy.
- Work closely with the marketing team to interpret campaign objectives and translate them into compelling visual content.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience:
- Proven track record in editing testimonial videos, social media ads, and marketing content.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to produce client-focused, high-impact videos.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques, motion graphics, and sound design.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma and DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Creative Vision:
- A keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual engagement.
- Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling video content.
- Reliability:
- Consistent ability to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Adaptability:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Open to feedback and iterative design processes.
