Associate Product Manager Program (6 months)
Scopely is looking for enthusiastic Associate Product Managers to join our Live Games Portfolio in our Barcelona studio as part of a new and exciting programme for recent graduates.
This initiative is designed to provide hands-on experience, cross-functional collaboration, and direct exposure to some of Scopely’s most successful titles, including Star Trek Fleet Command, Yahtzee with Buddies!, Marvel Strike Force, and Stumble Guys. Successful applicants will join a global community of passionate game-makers, contributing to the ongoing development, publishing, and innovation behind some of the biggest games in the mobile industry.
This is a temporary, full-time role on a 6-month contract basis, with the possibility of permanent employment upon successful completion of the programme. The role follows a hybrid working model requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office, with up to 2 days remote.
What You’ll Do
Our Live Games team is in need of sharp, disciplined individuals who have a passion for games! You will assist in developing product documentation, roadmaps, and KPIs for key initiatives. You’ll work with talented teams contributing to competitive analysis while helping build business cases for new content & features. You will:
- Design, create, and implement events, contests, and promotion plans to drive the studio team's monthly goals and target metrics.
- Analyze and monitor key metrics and user feedback on a real-time basis to determine user trends and behavior. Quickly detect and surface game economy imbalances and concept/execute rebalancing plans.
- Drive the implementation of new innovations to improve engagement and monetisation.
- Incorporate best practices derived from analysis into new and existing game features and communicate key takeaways to management.
- Measure the success of product features and events after release and optimize their performance through split-testing and rapid, data-driven iteration.
- Provide game team leadership with detailed feedback, reports, and information for development teams that will drive target metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for games! Especially free-to-play (F2P) games
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter, able to identify obstacles and work through solutions
- Passion for figuring out how game economies work and change
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Points
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel
- MBA or Master’s degree
