■職務内容/ Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities)
インハウスのIT部門としてPlayStation事業に関わるシステム開発、ソリューション提供を中長期的な視点で成長戦略の策定から実行までご担当いただきます。
主な担当職務は以下の通りです。・ビジネス・オペレーション組織を⽀援する為の、業務調査・ソリューション提案。
・ビジネス部⾨の⼤きなプロジェクトにIT側のサポートとして参画⽀援
・既存システムにおける保守運⽤業務において、ビジネスユーザと仕様変更リクエストの優先順位付け・要件定義・進捗管理・納期調整
・外部・内部のパートナと協業しながら、プロジェクトの構想策定と推進、保守運⽤業務を管理
・Globalのステークホルダと連携し、ビジネスアプリのポートフォリオに基づいたレガシーからの移⾏計画策定
・担当するBizアプリの契約・交渉・管理

・システム開発に関わるプロジェクトに参画した経験、またはシステム保守業務の経験
 
【歓迎（WANT）】
・サプライチェーン / Sales (製造 / 調達 /　物流　/　生産管理 / 品質保証 / カスタマーサービスなど)領域に関わる業務理解を持ちシステムに携わる業務経験
・AI活用業務経験
・海外メンバーとの協働経験
 
■求める人物像 /Personality
・積極的に円滑なコミュニケーションができ、⾃主的に考え課題解決に向けて周りを巻き込み動ける方
・課題整理・改善提案ができる方
 
■語学力 / Language Skills
【英語】
・読み書き以上の英語力
【日本語】
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力（日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上）
