Who we are looking for:
As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for Slate’s Digital team to support our company's growth and innovation. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to source and select the best candidates. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the ATS, scheduling interviews, and monitoring Talent Acquisition KPIs.
What you get to do:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, skills, and experience needed for open positions.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on job requirements, expectations, and timelines.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, etc.).
- Utilize the ATS to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate tracking, and reporting.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Conduct thorough interviews (both technical and behavioral) to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the ATS, including uploading jobs, tracking candidate progress, and generating reports.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and passive prospects for future opportunities.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and meet Talent Acquisition Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Identify and pursue high-level tech, IT, creative, and digital talent through methods including cold calling, networking, and leveraging our extensive collection of tools and resources.
- Foster engagement with a diverse talent pool, leveraging our resources for effective communication.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities, ensuring Slate remains a leader in innovation.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating a high sense of urgency and hands-on involvement.
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years Recruiting and Sourcing experience with strong focus on high-volume recruiting for Technology profiles- ecommerce, automotive and manufacturing. Recruiting for Software Development (mobile, front-end and back end) and Systems Engineering at multiple levels.
- Strong understanding of tech stack and programming languages to include node.js, TypeScript, React, Salesforce, AWS.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software; experience with Greenhouse and Workday preferred.
- 5+ years of sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and industry professionals.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
