Role Overview:

The SIE Developer Technology Group consists of specialists from a wide variety of technology and platform specific areas including Graphics, System, Submission process and Network. We support our game industry partners by answering their questions, optimizing processes, and providing solutions for contents released on PlayStation platforms. Our submission team works closely with publishers and developers—through online channels, calls, and in-person meetings—to help ensure their success on PlayStation

What you'll be doing:

  • Support developers and publishers across all PlayStation platforms through our support website, on-site visits, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across all SIE regions to develop and implement solutions for our partners.
  • Deeply understand PlayStation platform requirements, assist developers in interpreting them, and ensure accurate implementation.
  • Provide technical assistance, escalate partner requests, and address issues raised by both partners and internal teams.
  • Gather and document partner feedback regarding challenges, and communicate this information to internal engineering teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between external partners and internal groups (including Third Party Relations, Store Operations, Policy, Product and SDK teams) to resolve partner issues.

What we are looking for:

Required:

  • Experience in digital technologies and/or the gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Flexible, diplomatic, and adaptable to change.
  • Proactive, welcoming, and skilled at building strong working relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with effective time management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in developer relations or technical support.
  • Familiarity with XML, HTML, JavaScript, Python, or C++.
  • Eagerness to stay updated on emerging trends and technologies
  • Experience in game production and release management
