Role overview: 

The PlayStation Store & Services Growth Marketing team is responsible for marketing our flagship PlayStation Plus subscription service, and PlayStation’s multi-billion-dollar D2C businesses (PlayStation Store and PlayStation Direct).

This role will report into the Growth Marketing Go-to-Market team and play a key role in driving the creation, delivery, and optimization of innovative creative promotional assets. This position focuses on owning the broader creative strategy for Store & Services promotions to ensure the effective utilization of assets that enhance growth. As a pivotal contributor to the team, you will be responsible for scoping, delivering, and optimizing processes and workflows to increase the velocity and volume of outputs while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and channel requirements.

What you'll be doing:

Go-to-Market: Own the design, planning, and execution of major promotional campaigns across Paid Media and Owned/Operated channels, ensuring cohesive messaging and maximum impact.

Promotional Creative Development: Drive the creation and continuous optimization of global promotional toolkits and assets that support growth marketing objectives and elevate campaign performance.

Creative Briefing & Delivery: Own the briefing process for all tentpole campaigns, managing requests through internal creative teams or external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality asset delivery.

Strategic Creative Alignment: Collaborate on the development of creative strategies for Store and Services promotions, ensuring alignment with business goals and using assets effectively across touchpoints.

Cross-Functional Campaign Management: Partner with global and local teams—across marketing, product, operations, and creative—to plan and implement campaigns that are well-coordinated, timely, and aligned with broader initiatives.

Executional Excellence: Ensure creative assets are delivered on time, brand-compliant, and tailored to channel-specific requirements to optimize campaign performance.

Process Improvement & Workflow Optimization: Chip in to the refinement, automation, and scaling of creative workflows to enhance output efficiency and support growing business needs.

Creative Experimentation & Testing: Champion a robust test-and-learn culture by leading creative experimentation, identifying performance drivers, and informing future strategies with actionable insights.

Campaign Performance & Insights: Collaborate with the performance team to analyse campaign results across creatives and formats, using data to drive continuous improvement and return on investment.

Audience Targeting Strategy: Work cross-functionally to develop effective audience targeting strategies that align with campaign goals and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$142,200 - $213,200 USD
