Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Senior Benefits Analyst to provide parental cover within our Global Benefits Team. This role will support the delivery and administration of retirement, health and welfare programmes, as well as wellbeing initiatives across the EMEA and APAC regions.

Please note this is an 18 month fixed term contract.

What you'll be doing:

In this role, you will support the management of a wide range of employee benefit programmes, including private medical, dental, vision, pension, life insurance, and other voluntary perks. You’ll work closely with the payroll team to resolve queries, ensure accurate data reconciliation, and carry out audits when required. You’ll also maintain and verify data related to insurance premiums, claims, and associated costs, while providing support to the vendor management team with purchase order and invoice queries.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements by liaising with brokers and staying informed on relevant legislation and regulatory updates.
  • Partner with the internal HR team to communicate and share benefits-related data.
  • Address employee enquiries by interpreting and applying benefit policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Global Benefits Manager to ensure efficient programme operations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of benefit programmes to assess operational effectiveness, identify process improvements, and update documentation and training materials as necessary.
  • Support with the implementation of new benefit plans, programmes, and policies.
  • Support the full annual renewal cycle, including data validation, system testing, employee communications, office engagement events, and virtual webinars.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with brokers and vendors, monitoring service levels, processes, and data accuracy.
  • Participate in annual and ad-hoc benefit surveys, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Support on various ad-hoc projects across the business

What we’re looking for:

  • 5 years + experience managing benefits administration in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Well-versed in benefits programmes and local compliance requirements across EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Competent in utilising PowerPoint for presentation development
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and external providers.
  • Skilled at engaging with colleagues across all organisational levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting clear and engaging employee communications.
  • Determined, collaborative, adaptable, innovative, and accountable.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality customer service with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Sound judgement with the ability to escalate issues appropriately and remain flexible when needed.
  • Possesses a global perspective and a commitment to developing inclusive and equitable benefits solutions.
  • Prior involvement in policy development and contract review processes.
  • Experience with benefit platforms and Workday is advantageous.
