Job Title: Team/Project Coordinator - Corporate Security  (Inside IR35)
Location: London / Hybrid
Duration: 12 months - Day Rate

Engagement Method: Umbrella/PAYE - Please note this role has been assessed as Inside IR35, and payment will be processed via PAYE or an umbrella company through our third-party partner.

Role Overview: 

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Team Coordinator / Project Manager to support the Corporate Security function in delivering key projects and operational initiatives. 

This role offers hands-on exposure to cross-functional work-streams, structured project delivery, and senior stakeholder engagement. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing clarity and structure to complex activity, and is looking to build strong foundations in project management within a global organisation.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Provide coordination and structured delivery support across Corporate Security projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Support the Program Manager and Security leads with project planning, framework updates, and milestone tracking across multiple workstreams.
  • Maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards, and timelines, ensuring clear visibility of progress, dependencies, and risks.
  • Manage and update tasks in Wrike or similar project management tools, ensuring accurate reporting and accountability.
  • Draft, edit, and maintain SOPs, frameworks, and operational documentation, driving consistency and clarity across the team.
  • Collaborate with internal Corporate Security stakeholders and cross-functional partners such as Facilities and IT to support aligned delivery.
  • Coordinate meetings and planning sessions, prepare agendas, capture key decisions, and track actions through to completion.
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, or blockers to relevant leads, supporting mitigation planning where required.
  • Provide general project and team coordination support to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of priorities.
  • Perform other administrative and project support duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for: 

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a coordination or junior project management capacity.
  • Confidence managing timelines, tracking dependencies, and reporting on progress to senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion.
  • Desirable, exposure to project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Familiarity with project management software, Wrike or Miro.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • Experience using collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (inc AI tools)
  • Ability to maintain order and coherence in documentation, project-related materials, and scheduling.
