Content Planning & Operation, Sr. Officer/Officer
As Officer of Content Planning & Operation, you will play a key role in planning IP content including but not limited to documentaries, interviews, variety shows, short-form videos, etc., for artists/around music works from all labels of SMEGC, and promote related contents on social media, to raise the artists’ influence, increase the streaming of the music works and generate new business opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to influence viewers and listeners around the world through music & content.
What you will do:
- Responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of various contents, from creative ideas, budget planning to execution and project review, while coordinating with commercial & marketing team.
- Responsible of various forms of video planning & production.
- Ensuring both international & local video meeting the local trends with excellent marketing sense & analytic skill.
- Build and support SEO strategies, including content Marketing projects.
- Maintain a cohesive strategy and execute across all platforms to increase SME’s local repertoire brand awareness in the China market.
- Maintaining the features and trends in social media and relevant tools locally.
- Plan & implement creative, innovative, and effective social media campaigns to drive audience engagement and ensuring all SME’s local repertoire artists’ social media presence in China.
- Stay abreast on current and trending topics and use them to create social media content that helps SME’s local repertoire artists stay relevant.
- Work closely with digital marketing to deliver data-driven creative through the right media choices to drive performance
- Work with content creation to produce engaging and dynamic graphic and video content that promotes fan interaction, and increases and encourages fan participation
- Regularly measure and evaluate social media activity and campaign effectiveness and report on performance results and insights
- Ensure the Social Media knowledge of the Vietnam team is up to date through regular knowledge sharing & transfer
Who you are:
- You have 2-4 years of experience working in creative agencies/new media operation/ multi-channel network (MCN), familiar with the full-cycle of creative planning projects, and have previously completed at least 5 video projects or related marketing projects independently.
- You have a keen sense to analyze market trend, artists’ need and competitive landscape to generate different creative approaches, concept and techniques.
- You have a wealth of resources and contacts in terms of graphic designers, directing teams, new medias, KOLs, operators in social networking platforms, etc., to help the project run smoothly.
- You are a creative, innovative, results-oriented professional.
- Proficiency in using Adobe suites (Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software as well as video editing software
- Experienced in various forms of video planning & production.
- Experienced and skilled in social media operations.
- An excellent communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well with team members, external partners.
